Role Overview

We’re seeking a Senior Advisor with deep expertise in payment integrity within healthcare plans. This contract role is ideal for a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in claims accuracy, cost containment, and fraud, waste, and abuse prevention. You’ll help clients optimize payment processes, recover overpayments, and strengthen compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead payment integrity strategy and execution for health plan clients
• Analyze claims data to identify billing anomalies and recovery opportunities 
• Advise on technologies and workflows to improve payment accuracy 
• Support project delivery, including scope, timelines, and client communications 
• Contribute to business development through insights, proposals, and market research 

What You Bring

• 8+ years in healthcare plans or services, focused on payment integrity
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field – Master’s degree is preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills 
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word 
• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset 
• Limited travel; primarily remote
