Our supplement brand partnership with Prestige Labs is a key part of our mission — and we’re looking for a dedicated manager to grow this side of the business.

Role Overview

The Prestige Labs Manager will oversee all aspects of our supplement sales program — from inventory management and customer education to sales growth and team training. This role requires both sales skills and operational organization , as you will be the go-to person for ensuring the success of our Prestige Labs partnership.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Growth
• Drive supplement sales through in-person, phone, and online channels.
• Educate clients on product benefits, usage, and packages.
• Create and execute monthly sales promotions.
• Inventory & Operations
• Monitor supplement inventory and place orders as needed.
• Ensure all Prestige Labs product displays are organized, stocked, and visually appealing.
• Track sales data and report performance to the Owner/GM.
• Customer Service
• Respond to customer inquiries quickly and professionally.
• Follow up with clients on supplement orders and reorders.
• Handle product issues, returns, or exchanges in accordance with Prestige Labs policies.
• Team Training
• Train staff on product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Provide ongoing updates about new products, promos, and scripts.
• Partnership Management
• Maintain direct communication with Prestige Labs for product updates, marketing support, and partnership initiatives.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in retail, supplement sales, or fitness-related sales.
• Strong knowledge of supplements, nutrition, and/or health coaching.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with POS systems, CRM software, and/or online ordering platforms.
