Job Summary
We are seeking an efficient and proactive Office Assistant to join our dynamic team as soon as possible. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment, where you'll support various administrative functions and assist team members in their daily tasks

Pay Range: $750- $1100 per week

Key Responsibilities
Answer and direct phone calls professionally and efficiently.
Manage and schedule appointments for team members and executives.
Organize and maintain filing systems, both digital and physical.
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and presentations.
Coordinate office activities and events as needed.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and packages.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
Proven experience as an office assistant or in a related field preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients and team members.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to address challenges as they arise.
