PCR Systems, Inc., a well-established IT outsourcing company for over 30 years, is seeking a Part-Time entry-level Help Desk technician for one of our hospitals in Livingston, New Jersey. Job Details: Qualified candidates will have a solid understanding of the Windows operating system, applications, and basic networking. Our team at the hospital works directly with their Helpdesk team to troubleshoot and resolve end-user issues, manage and deploy new computers, perform minor hardware repairs, and any other related work that they require. Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of college or trade school in a related field and be able to demonstrate their understanding of the required skills. Normal work hours will be two days per week from 8am to 4pm (16 hours per week) on a set schedule. Those days are flexible but must be during a Monday through Friday work week. This is an excellent opportunity for a college student who wants to gain new skills while still in school.
