Position Overview and Responsibilities

The Director of Portfolio Sales will lead group sales and local account development across a portfolio of Sentral buildings with a focus on the furnished program, bridging the gap between hotel-style group business and extended-stay corporate housing . This role combines strategy and execution, driving revenue by converting inbound group leads, cultivating local corporate partnerships, and empowering onsite teams through training and accountability. Acting as the voice of Corporate Sales on ownership calls , the Director will represent furnished revenue performance and ensure property teams consistently deliver against ownership expectations and sales standards.
